14 DAYS COOLING PERIOD

You can exchange an item within 14 days after receipt, according to the right of withdrawal. It is important that the product is complete and unused and is in the original, undamaged packaging (if reasonably possible). Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Not all items can be exchanged. See “Exceptions to the cooling-off period” for a list of excluded items.

Shipping costs are never reimbursed!

• Items that are specially ordered for the customer cannot be returned.
• Articles that have traces of mounting
